All of our biscuits and bakes are handmade in small batches in Mow Cop using natural, plant-based ingredients. We bake with real fruit & veg — no meat, dairy, eggs, or artificial nasties.

Every recipe is:

Our biscuits are designed for most dogs, including those with sensitive tummies.

🌟 Puppies: Suitable from 12 weeks+ (supervise while chewing)
🌟 Adult dogs: Perfect as daily treats
🌟 Senior dogs: Crunchy texture but easily broken into smaller pieces

🧁 Fresh Bakes vs Shelf Stable

We offer two types of products:

🥣 Shelf-Stable Biscuits:
Biscuits, training treats, pick n mix & seasonal flavours — ideal for postage and gifting.

🧁 Fresh Bakes (Market Only):
Pupcakes, tray bakes & seasonal cakes. These are baked fresh for markets and special orders.

📦 Storage & Shelf Life

Biscuits: store in an airtight container.
Shelf life: normally 3–6 months depending on flavour + ingredients.

Fresh bakes: 2–3 days refrigerated or freeze for later (varies by product).

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

We currently post via Royal Mail 2nd Class for most biscuit orders.
Fresh bakes are available for collection or markets only (shipping tests coming soon!)

Processing time: usually 1–3 working days.
