These Sweet Potato & Cinnamon Doughnuts are the newest addition to the Skye’s Treat Plot doughnut collection, adorable mini crunchy doughnuts made with real sweet potato and a touch of cinnamon.

Handmade in Mow Cop, Staffordshire, each little doughnut is baked and slowly dehydrated for a satisfying crunch before being individually decorated by hand.

What’s inside

Oat flour, sweet potato purée, sunflower oil, ground flaxseed, cinnamon and baking powder.

Once baked and dehydrated, each mini doughnut is lightly iced with creamed coconut, then finished with a mixture of desiccated coconut, carob and cinnamon for its pretty bakery-style topping.
